M. Trevor Lytle
President/Funeral Director
I am the fourth generation Lytle funeral director, succeeding my great grandfather, Andrew H. Lytle, who founded the business in 1920, my grandfather, Markt A. Lytle, and my father, Markt L. Lytle.
Born and raised in Madison, I graduated from Madison Consolidated High School in 1991. I continued my education, graduating from Mid-America College of Funeral Service in 1995.
I have a daughter, Ivy, and a son, Markt Roman. I am a member of the Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Madison Elks Lodge, and the JayCees.
It is my privilege to continue the excellent service my family has provided the people of Madison and Jefferson County for more than 90 years, and to carry on the tradition of funeral service in the Lytle Family.

Kenneth A. Goins
Funeral Director/Embalmer
I am a native Madisonian, having lived and worked in Madison most of my life.
After attending Hanover College, I graduated in 1980 from the former Kentucky School of Mortuary Science in Louisville, Kentucky. I became a licensed funeral director and embalmer in 1981, and maintain my licenses in Indiana and Kentucky.
I am married to the former Carla Ginn of Milton, Kentucky, who is the Gifted Education Specialist for the Trimble County, Kentucky, Schools. We have two daughters: Emily, who is 19, and currently attending Manchester College in North Manchester, Indiana, and Alysa, 12, whom we adopted in the Spring of 2000 in Perm, Russia.
My family and I are active members of the First Baptist Church, Madison, where I am active with the music program, an ordained deacon, past chairman of the Board of Trustees and Board of Deacons, and formerly served on the Church Council.
During the years when a national acquisition company owned and operated three funeral homes in Madison and Hanover, I was the general manager. It was during this time that many in the area realized the need for returning to local ownership and operation of a funeral home. I am happy to once again be associated with a family-owned funeral home.
